KRDA is a non-profit institution established in 2018. The Agency was founded by the Kyiv Regional State Administration, the Kyiv Regional Council, the Kyiv Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the NGO «Society of Researchers of Ukraine» and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University
