Cookie Policy
COOKIE POLICY
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
This Policy explains which cookies are used on the official website of the "Kyiv Region Regional Development Agency" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") at https://krda-gov.com, their purpose, and how to manage them.
1. Who uses cookies
The Site is owned by the "Kyiv Region Regional Development Agency" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency"), EDRPOU code 42227552, address: 1 Lesi Ukrainky Square, Kyiv, 01196, Ukraine.
For inquiries regarding cookies, please contact [email protected] or call +38 (050) 344-13-10.
2. What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the user's browser. It helps ensure the functionality of forms, remembers choices regarding analytics, and collects aggregated visit statistics.
The Site uses its own cookies set for the krda-gov.com domain and, subject to user consent, Google Analytics cookies. Google Tag Manager is used for the technical management of analytics tags; the Agency does not use it to create visitor profiles.
3. Cookies used by the Site

The name or duration of Google cookies may change following service or setting updates. Up-to-date information on Google technologies is available in the Google Privacy Policy and the description of Google cookie usage.
4. Necessary and analytical cookies
The necessary cookies *csrftoken* and *krda_cookies* ensure form security and the preservation of user choices. Without them, certain Site functions or the consent management mechanism may not operate correctly.
Google Analytics analytical cookies help the Agency understand which pages are visited, how users navigate between them, and the types of devices and browsers used. The Agency uses this information in aggregated form to evaluate the Site's performance and improve its content.
Google Analytics may collect technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, visit time, pages viewed, and interaction events on the Site. The Agency does not use analytics to identify specific visitors.
5. How consent is provided and withdrawn
Before consent is obtained, the Site sends a signal to Google Consent Mode prohibiting analytical and advertising data storage. Analytical cookies are activated after clicking the "Allow" button on the banner.
Closing the banner without clicking "Allow" constitutes a refusal of analytical cookies. This choice is stored for up to 180 days. Refusing does not restrict access to the Site's content.
To change this choice earlier, the user can delete the `krda_cookies` cookie in their browser settings and reopen the Site. The banner will then reappear. Cookies can also be blocked or deleted via browser settings. Deleting the `csrftoken` cookie may temporarily affect form submissions; the Site will generate a new security cookie upon the next visit.
6. Third-party resources
The Site contains standard links to Facebook, LinkedIn, and other external resources. Clicking such a link opens a third-party site, which applies its own rules and may set its own cookies. The Agency does not control cookies on external sites.
As of the date of this version, Google Analytics 4 is used on the Site via Google Tag Manager. If the Agency adds other analytical or advertising services, the list of cookies and the banner text must be updated prior to or simultaneously with their implementation.
7. Changes to the Policy
The Agency may update this Policy following changes in legislation, Site functionality, or the suite of integrated services. The current version is published on the Site with the date indicated.
The processing of personal data related to the use of cookies is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
