Ключові вимоги та умови подачі

  1. Who can apply for a grant?

Small and medium-sized enterprises, as defined by the EU, have up to 250 employees and an annual turnover of up to €50 million or a balance sheet total of up to €43 million. The company must be registered in an EU country or a country associated with Horizon Europe - including Ukraine.

  2. Application language

The application is completed online via the OnePass platform. All competition materials are in English, so responses should be prepared in English.

  3. Registration requirements

You need to register on OnePass (you can use your Google account) and describe the solutions and services required from external providers. A commercial proposal from the provider, in any format, must be attached to the application.

  4. Mandatory project results

Solutions based on space data that have a positive environmental impact—either for the company itself (resulting in fewer resources used, less waste, and reduced pollution) or for its clients. The voucher is paid out following a final review of the results.

  5. Eligible activities

Payment for services provided by external contractors - from concept development to bringing the finished solution to market. Standalone purchases of goods or equipment are not funded; VAT and taxes are not reimbursed.

  6. Submission deadline

Applications are open until November 9, 2026, at 17:00 Brussels time (18:00 Kyiv time). A webinar on the application process will take place on October 27 at 14:00 CET (15:00 Kyiv time).
