Ключові вимоги та умови подачі

  1. Who can apply for a grant?

  2. Application language

    Applications must be submitted exclusively in English via the OnePass platform. Once submitted, an application cannot be modified; therefore, you should carefully review all mandatory sections before sending it.

  3. Registration requirements

    Participants may include companies, research and non-profit organizations, and innovation hubs. An exchange participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of a candidate country and work for a registered organization.

  4. Mandatory project results

    The support program lasts for up to six months. Payments are tied to project milestones and the assessment of its progress. Up to 80% of eligible costs are covered, with the remainder paid by the applicant.

  5. Eligible activities

    Development of joint R&I projects and preparation of applications for EU programs, technology transfer, implementation of research results, and green and digital transformation. Regarding exchanges: short-term visits, knowledge sharing, and partnership building.

  6. Submission deadline

    The first selection stage is on November 12, 2026, at 17:00 Brussels time (18:00 Kyiv time). Subsequent stages are on May 5, 2027, November 3, 2027, and May 3, 2028.

Підтримка від Агенції регіонального розвитку Київської області (АРРКО)

A good first step for institutions and companies in the Kyiv region with no prior experience in EU projects: a modest grant amount, a simple application process, and a genuine international partner. The Agency’s team will provide assistance with:

  • assess whether the idea fits the program's instruments;
  • find a partner from another candidate country;
  • prepare an application in English.
