3rd meeting of the GreenGov-Interreg project consortium

Ukraine — in dialogue on the future of Europe's sustainable regions. The Kyiv Regional Development Agency team joined the 3rd meeting of the GreenGov project – Interreg Europe consortium online, recently held in Milan.

The event programme included:

• a final session on DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) and climate-proofing of infrastructure

• new climate planning tools for municipalities

• the European Commission's technical guidance on the use of the Social Climate Fund

• ESG tools for small business

• examples of integrated management of water and geothermal resources

• case studies of urban solutions from OpenLab “Piazza della Scienza”

For us, as the only Ukrainian partner in the GreenGov consortium, taking part in such events is not just about international cooperation. It is the institutional inclusion of Kyiv region in shaping Europe's new regional climate policy.
