Attracting investment becomes entirely realistic if your project is presented in a strategic document that sets out the priority tasks and areas of the enterprise’s activity
and, most importantly, that is written in language the investor can understand.

One of the areas of the Agency’s work is providing specialist support to small and medium-sized businesses in Kyiv region in developing concepts, strategies and projects that will significantly increase the likelihood of attracting investment into the capital of local enterprises.

As part of strategic planning, an analysis is carried out of competitors and the advantages of the region of operation, an assessment of the sector’s competitiveness, and the identification of unique selling points that are relevant from investors’ point of view and on which marketing efforts should be focused. Such comprehensive preparation is of fundamental importance, as it makes it possible to determine exactly where to concentrate limited resources, where to place emphasis, how to optimise costs and maximise revenue, and thereby make clear to the relevant investor or donor who should receive the funding.

Documents can also be submitted at the Agency’s «Window of Opportunities» at the Gotovo document service or at the Administrative Services Centres of Kyiv region.

Once your enquiry is received, the Agency will review and analyse it with the involvement of relevant experts, and if necessary will engage specialists from the appropriate ministry.

In addition, the targeted search for and expansion of the investor database by industry, sector and geography is systematic work in support of the development of Kyiv region, to which the Kyiv Regional Development Agency gives one of its highest priorities.
