Why do we need these memoranda and cooperation, if everyone minds their own business anyway?

I categorically disagree with this statement. As experience shows, “pulling the blanket” to one side never brings the desired result for society. Today, the entire Ukrainian people, state and private structures, small and large enterprises are all working towards a single goal – Ukraine’s Victory in the Russo-Ukrainian war. The struggle is being fought on several fronts, so achieving results requires combining efforts.

Right now, our team at the Kyiv Regional Development Agency is working to strengthen the opportunities for the development of the region’s economy and business sector. To that end, we are in constant communication with relevant state bodies, private consulting companies, financial institutions and so on. Today, our goal is a single, shared vector of action for the country’s economic development and for expanding each other’s opportunities.

Indeed, a memorandum is a declarative document, but it is also confidence in the cooperation between two parties, since “behind the scenes” of its signing lies a long preceding journey and the future fruitful cooperation of newly formed partners.

That is why we are doing everything possible to unite our efforts on the path to our shared Victory!
