Free business consultations for residents of Kyiv Oblast

The Kyiv Regional Development Agency invites entrepreneurs and residents of Kyiv Oblast to join a series of consultations within the "Power of Opportunities" business training programme.

Consultations will take place from September to November 2025. After registration, we will definitely contact you and agree on all the details.

The goal of the programme is to help micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as those who are just planning to start a business, find practical solutions for developing their business, improve financial literacy, and receive advice from experienced mentors.

During the consultations you will be able to get expert answers from practising mentors — business owners and industry experts — on:

  • business relocation and entry into new markets
  • product export and the first steps of international trade;
  • accounting and basic financial solutions for MSMEs;
  • Oschadbank’s tools and programmes;
  • opportunities offered by the Employment Centre for entrepreneurs and the self-employed;
  • fundraising and communications (how to attract support and build a public presence for a business).

Who can take part:

  • residents of Kyiv Oblast (excluding the city of Kyiv) aged 18 and over who are planning to start a business;
  • owners of an existing business / registered sole proprietors (FOPs) (have priority);
  • internally displaced persons currently registered in Kyiv Oblast;
  • representatives of vulnerable population groups.
