Industrial Parks in Kyiv Oblast
+2 industrial parks in Kyiv Oblast!
The investment attractiveness of Kyiv Oblast keeps growing. Indeed, the process of creating two more industrial parks (IPs) has started – in the Vyshhorod and Bila Tserkva districts.
In the Vyshhorod district, the industrial park will be located on a site of 60 hectares. Its creation will be initiated by a strategic investor, for whom this will already be an investment in a third industrial park in Ukraine. Even now, the investor is concerned not only with registering the park itself, but also with developing infrastructure – laying utilities to provide the necessary capacity for future residents.
The second industrial park is planned to appear in the Bila Tserkva district on the basis of an industrial zone. In other words, this is a brownfield renovation.
The concepts for both industrial parks will be prepared in partnership with the “Industrial Parks of Ukraine” holding company and will take 1.5–2 months, after which the documents will be submitted for registration to the Ministry of Economy.
*Brownfield industrial parks are created on the basis of existing or previously operating production facilities. Such parks usually already have buildings, structures and infrastructure, which are rebuilt and modernised in line with the park’s specialisation and the needs of its residents.
Despite the difficult times for Ukraine, investors are showing considerable interest in Kyiv Oblast. Under current conditions, the Kyiv Regional Development Agency helps maximise the accumulation and development of Kyiv Oblast’s industrial potential. Industrial parks are one of the most effective tools for attracting foreign investors and developing production and the economy.
Industrial parks not only contribute to economic growth and job creation, but also help implement Ukraine’s important strategic goals, such as modernising production, reducing environmental pollution and increasing competitiveness on the international market.
Stay tuned for our updates, because this is definitely not the last news on industrial parks in 2023
