KRDA is supporting the ASTOR Enerji investment project in the Kyiv region

The Kyiv Regional State Administration signed a cooperation memorandum with the company during the Carpathian Summit. The Kyiv Region Regional Development Agency (KRDA) played a key role in attracting the investor and will continue to support the project through its subsequent stages.

If implemented, the project will bring new production capacities and jobs to the region; it may also create additional opportunities for related businesses and boost the Kyiv region's economic potential.
From investor interest to project implementation
For KRDA, working with an investor does not end with the initial agreement. The Agency’s role is to provide ongoing support: helping to find a location, establishing cooperation with local communities, and coordinating the steps necessary to move the project forward.
The ASTOR Enerji project demonstrates this approach in practice—spanning everything from attracting an international business to taking concrete steps toward launching new production in the Kyiv region.
