Meeting with the EESC Delegation

The Representative Office of the Kyiv Regional Development Agency joined a meeting with the delegation of the EESC – European Economic and Social Committee!

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss opportunities for joint activities between international and Ukrainian organisations in the field of Ukraine’s reconstruction, with a focus on human social rights, the fight against corruption, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, access to equal opportunities and sustainable development.

The event was attended by representatives of well-known Ukrainian civil society organisations, who exchanged useful information and experience during open debates.

In addition, Oleksandr Vakhovskyi, Director of the Agency, presented the organisation’s activities and achievements to the delegation of the European Economic and Social Committee.

We thank Nadiia Afanasieva and the Ukrainian Institute for International Politics for the invitation, and also for the opportunity for the civil sector of various fields to be heard and to establish itself for further cooperation with the EESC!
