Memorandum of cooperation with a Regional Development Agency

In Katowice, during the training programme ‘Ukraine's Integration into the EU. Regional Policies and Tools for Their Implementation’, the Deputy Director of the Kyiv Regional Development Agency and Yevhenii Lukianenko, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Development Agency, signed a memorandum of cooperation.

This document provides for the exchange of experience, the implementation of joint initiatives, and the deepening of institutional interaction between the regional structures.

But such partnerships are not just about formalities. They are about trust, shared challenges, mutual learning, and a readiness to build a European future together. Because it is precisely in synergy, open dialogue and the exchange of experience that strong solutions are born.
