Online consultation for participants of the "Power of Opportunities" programme

Recently, within the "Power of Opportunities" business training programme, an online consultation was held dedicated to key aspects of running a business.

During the meeting, a financial manager from the Kyiv Regional Development Agency spoke in detail about:

  • the features of registering and operating as a sole proprietor (FOP);
  • the procedures for opening, closing and re-registration;
  • choosing and changing KVED codes (classification of economic activities);
  • the differences between running a business as a sole proprietor (FOP) and a limited liability company (TOV);

Participants actively asked questions related to practical situations in their businesses, shared their own experience and received recommendations that will help them organise the financial side of their business more confidently.

Such consultations are an important part of the programme, as they provide applied knowledge that can be used immediately in daily work, and build understanding of how to act on legal and financial matters.
