Online meeting on RDA work in 2025

An online meeting was recently held with representatives of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, heads of Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) and experts from the UCORD Project. The main goal was to outline the key areas of RDA work in 2025.

🟠During the meeting, important aspects were discussed: supporting communities in preparing project applications, opportunities for international funding through programmes such as Interreg, and ways to increase the autonomy and effectiveness of RDAs. Participants shared practical experience in implementing projects, highlighted the main challenges, including limited resources and difficulties in attracting funding, and developed proposals for improving the work.

🔜Priorities for 2025 have been defined, including developing cooperation with international partners, introducing modern approaches to project management and strengthening the role of RDAs in supporting communities. It was also emphasised that regular exchange of experience between regional agencies is important, as it helps find new solutions and optimise processes.
