Kyiv Regional Development Agency is looking for two new colleagues at once:

🟠 a project manager

🟠 a grant manager

We are a team working on the economic development of Kyiv region. Our focus is cross-sectoral interaction between communities, business and international partners, as well as attracting grant resources for regional initiatives.

📌 PROJECT MANAGER

☑️ Requirements:

🔹 Higher education (economics, management, regional development);

🔹 At least 1 year of project work experience;

🔹 Skills in administration, correspondence and presentations;

🔹 English proficiency — B1 or above;

🔹 Strong self-organisation, teamwork and results orientation;

🔹 Ability to set up processes and carry out monitoring.

☑️ Responsibilities:

🔸 Developing and implementing regional development projects;

🔸 Preparing applications, budgets and logical frameworks;

🔸 Monitoring deadlines, implementation and results;

🔸 Liaising with communities, stakeholders and donors;

🔸 Presenting results and preparing reports;

🔸 Taking part in forums, events and strategic sessions.

📌 GRANT MANAGER

☑️ Requirements:

🔹 Experience preparing applications for USAID, EU4Business, NED, Ednannia, etc.;

🔹 Understanding of fundraising logic: sourcing, submission, follow-up;

🔹 Working with budgets, schedules and documentation;

🔹 English — no lower than B2 (especially written);

🔹 Strategic thinking, attention to detail, business ethics.

☑️ Responsibilities:

🔸 Analysing grant opportunities (national and international);

🔸 Preparing complete application packages (narrative + budget);

🔸 Managing grant documentation (letters of support, approvals);

🔸 Communicating with donors, partners and auditors;

🔸 Monitoring grant implementation and preparing reports.
