Opening of the “KYT” industrial park

The Kyiv Regional Development Agency team took part in the grand opening of the modern “KYT” industrial park in the city of Bucha. This is already the thirteenth industrial park officially registered in Kyiv region, and another important step in developing regional infrastructure for production, logistics and investment.

The industrial park was built in line with the latest standards of safety, energy efficiency and transport accessibility. The first phase has already been commissioned — more than 7,600 m² of production and warehouse space and 1,650 m² of office space. This is where the “FRES CO” plant began operating, producing binding spirals capable of covering up to 40% of the domestic market's needs in Ukraine. Full import substitution and entry into EU markets are planned for the future.

Construction of the park's second phase, covering a further 7,500 m², is currently under way, with completion planned for September 2025. Part of the future space has already been reserved for the production of cosmetics and plastic products and for cocoa bean processing.

The next phase envisages the launch of staple production, used in the stationery, printing, construction and furniture industries.

The park's opening was attended by Dmytro Kysylevskyi, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, Olha Vasylevska-Smahliuk, member of the parliamentary Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, and Anatolii Fedoruk, Mayor of Bucha.

Industrial parks are strategic “magnets” for investment, support for the processing industry, a driver of new job creation, and a foundation for long-term economic recovery. Kyiv region is consistently creating the conditions for these changes to happen today.
