POWER OF OPPORTUNITIES | Business training from ARRKO continues

200+ applications, dozens of ideas and three waves of participants – the "Power of Opportunities" business training continues!

In August, the second and third waves of participants of the "Power of Opportunities" programme began their training. This is a continuation of the extensive joint work aimed at supporting the entrepreneurial potential of Kyiv Oblast.

The start of each wave took the form of an intensive offline module at the Serhiy Nizhnyi Kyiv School of Public Administration. The days were devoted to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and a strategic approach to business development: from forming a business idea and market analysis to financial planning and the integration of modern technologies.

Participants worked on the following topics:

• how to turn an idea into a business solution that meets market needs;
• how business intelligence tools help identify niches and forecast growth points;
• how to plan finances for business sustainability and make sound economic decisions;
• how to use the capabilities of artificial intelligence to optimise processes and create competitive advantages.

This launch created a solid foundation for the further online modules, which are devoted to project management, marketing, fundraising, operational management and inclusive entrepreneurship.

For our team it is important that the training becomes not only a source of knowledge, but also an environment in which new businesses are born, partnerships are formed and the resilience of Kyiv Oblast’s communities is strengthened!
