Reconstruction and Recovery: ARRKO at the ReBuild Ukraine Conference in Warsaw

Restoring heating and power systems in Ukraine 💡

Oleksandr Vakhovskyi, Director of ARRKO, joined the networking forum “Rebuilding Utilities of Ukraine”, organised as part of the 2nd International Exhibition and Conference “ReBuild Ukraine” in Warsaw. The event was aimed at addressing the scale of problems related to restoring centralised heating, energy systems and other public utilities in Ukraine.

The networking forum was organised by Business Finland and AFRY, a Swedish-Finnish provider of engineering, design and consulting services with a global reach, which exited the russian market at the start of the full-scale war.

Oleksandr Vakhovskyi was invited to the Finnish panel, where he represented Kyiv Oblast and spoke about the challenges of the heating season for Ukrainians during the autumn-winter period.

Afterwards, an additional event took place, where we were able to talk further and establish contacts with the Finnish Business Association, as well as representatives of various financial institutions. We agreed on further fruitful cooperation in implementing projects. We keep moving forward!
