Regional forum “Regional Development Strategy: Synergy of Business, Government and Education”

At a time when Kyiv region is recovering, building new partnerships and rethinking strategic priorities, it is extremely important to talk about the synergy of education, business and government — not as an abstraction, but as a real tool for development.

Recently, the Kyiv Regional Development AgencyZhanna Ovcharova team joined the Regional Forum “Regional Development Strategy: Synergy of Business, Government and Education”, held in Bucha.

The discussions covered topics key to the Agency:

• what the strategy for the recovery and development of Kyiv region should look like in the new realities;
• how the system of vocational education and workforce training is transforming;
• how to effectively respond to labour market demands based on the real needs of communities.

Such meetings create an environment where solutions are born not on paper, but in dialogue between those responsible for the region's development. For our team, taking part in the forum is a way to stay at the centre of current changes, better understand communities' needs, see opportunities for new partnerships, and more accurately shape the priorities of our work.
