Tender for the provision of services to develop a strategic plan for 2024–2026 and an operational plan for 2024

The institution “Kyiv Regional Development Agency”, within the framework of the ISAR Ednannia programme “Civil Society Sectoral Support Initiative”, announces a tender for the provision of services to develop a strategic plan for 2024–2026 and an operational plan for 2024.

Planned activities:

• A two-day facilitation session to develop the strategic plan for 2024–2026 (up to 16 hours)
• A one-day facilitation session to develop the operational plan for 2024 (up to 8 hours)
• Expert support in finalising the strategic and operational plans (up to 20 hours of online consultations)

If it is not possible to hold the events offline, the facilitation sessions may be organised online using video conferencing platforms.

Service provision timeframe

The facilitation sessions and online consultations are planned to take place during June–August 2024.

Requirements for providers

• At least 2 years of experience in the tender’s subject area
• Positive reviews/recommendations available (will be an advantage)
• Mandatory registration on the “Civil Society House” platform and verified services listed at https://home.ednannia.ua.

• Price proposal
• Tentative plan for conducting the facilitation sessions
• Extract from the Register of Single Tax Payers and a link to a verified profile on the “Civil Society House” platform (https://home.ednannia.ua)
• Confirmed experience of conducting similar events on the tender’s subject area (a minimum of 2 recommendations or testimonials about the cooperation).
