Updated Catalogue of Industrial Parks

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has updated the catalogue of industrial parks — an effective tool for finding modern infrastructure and favourable conditions for business.

The catalogue includes:

• the specialisation of the parks (mechanical engineering, light industry, etc.);

• existing infrastructure (utilities, transport junctions, connections);

• benefits and incentives (tax, investment);

• location and area (convenient maps).

This is particularly relevant for entrepreneurs in Kyiv region, as Kyiv Oblast offers a wide choice of locations for business. The 14th industrial park in Kyiv Oblast recently opened and is already ready to attract new residents and investment!

According to statistics, 1 hectare of an industrial park creates 50 new jobs, and every dollar of state investment attracts 6 dollars of private investment.

Despite the challenges, Ukraine continues to develop industrial parks, creating favourable conditions for domestic business and international investors.
