«Bila Tserkva» Industrial Park

The park was registered on April 13, 2018, the land is private property, the total area is 24.14 hectares. This is a project of the UFuture holding (Vasyl Khmelnytskyi), the managing company is ASTROBILD LLC.

Building parameters

9,898 m² of premises have already been built on the territory, another 13,356 m² are under construction. There are 2 participants and 13 other subjects in the park.

Cooperation format and incentives

Lease or purchase of plots, as well as surfaces; development to order, sale and lease of premises, construction for the client is envisaged. Local incentives: no tax on industrial land, optimization of public transport routes to meet the needs of the park, dual education programs with educational institutions, co-financing of park development.

Engineering communications

• Electricity supply – 15 MW planned, 1,125 MW available;
• water supply – 33.3 m³/h project, 38 m³/h available;
• gas supply – 2000 m³/h planned, 500 m³/h available.

Logistics

Car access - to the border of the park, railway line - 0.1 km, sea port (Odesa) - 390 km, river port - 70 km, airport (Kyiv) - 70 km. The cost of already built communications is UAH 451.8 million.

Development of the park

As of April 2025, this site is almost fully developed: all plots have been sold, and buildings have been built, sold or leased. 5 factories are operating here, 3 more are under construction. The park received state support for the development of infrastructure - water supply, drainage, electricity network and road repair - in the total amount of UAH 159.5 million, of which UAH 79.8 million was covered by the state. In May 2026, PAK VAN LLC became a new member of the park.
