"BUCHA TECHNO GARDEN II" Industrial Park, Kyiv Region

The industrial park is located in the village of Myrotske, within the Bucha urban territorial community, Bucha district, Kyiv region. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine included the park in the Register of Industrial Parks on July 16, 2026, for a term of 30 years. The site area is 12.5978 hectares.

Specialization and investment

Plans for the site include hosting processing industry enterprises—specifically for fruit and vegetable processing and canning, as well as the manufacturing of machinery and equipment. The total planned investment amounts to UAH 710.2 million, and the project is expected to create 378 new jobs. Funding is to be provided by the park's initiators, the management company, and future residents, alongside the utilization of state support mechanisms for industrial parks.
