"Bucha Techno Garden" Industrial Park (Myrotske), Kyiv region

The industrial park is located in the village of Myrotske, within the Bucha community of the Bucha district, Kyiv region. It is one of the region's oldest private parks, having been entered into the Register of Industrial Parks in 2016. It has a general-purpose specialization. The total site area is 33.67 hectares, and the land is privately owned. The management company is Myrotske Industrial Park LLC.

Facilities and Participants

Currently, 382.6 m² of facilities have been constructed on the site, and the park hosts two other participating entities. Land plots are available for lease; the cooperation model is build-to-suit (the company is prepared to develop the site according to the tenant's specifications).

State Support

In 2024, the park received UAH 150 million in state incentives under the "Made in Ukraine" program—the highest payout amount among the 15 parks that received funding that year. The funds were allocated for the construction of access roads connecting to the M-07 national highway, internal park roads, and external gas and electricity supply networks. 

Who is invited

The management company invites Ukrainian small and medium-sized businesses to collaborate—including both manufacturing enterprises and companies involved in the cultivation, storage, or processing of agricultural products.
