Місцезнаходження

The park was included in the Register of Industrial Parks in early July 2026. Located in Brovary, the site covers an area of 11.41 hectares (privately owned) and has an operational term of 34 years. The initiative was launched by Atomis LLC, a company wholly owned by Oleksandr Huivan; together with his father, Myroslav, he co-owns the Budshliakhmash Group—the official Ukrainian representative for domestic and international manufacturers of specialized, road-maintenance, and municipal vehicles and equipment (including brands such as JAC, Scania, Renault, MAN, Pronar, and Daewoo, as well as their own brand, Spetsbudmash).

Specialization

Manufacturing of machinery and equipment; manufacturing of motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers; and the repair and installation of machinery and equipment. Plans for the park include hosting facilities for the production of municipal vehicles and equipment, as well as trailers and semi-trailers.

Concept and Objective

The park's concept was developed by Spetsbudmash LLC—one of the largest enterprises in the Brovary community—and was approved by the city council in late December 2025. The park aims to integrate the design bureau, logistics, and production facilities of an automotive manufacturing enterprise, a crane plant, and Spetsbudmash itself, with the goal of expanding the production of specialized machinery. The new facility is also slated to produce vehicle frames; this is expected to raise the localization level of municipal and specialized vehicle production from the current 40–60% to 75%.

Investment and regional impact

The total planned investment amounts to UAH 1.26 billion from various sources, including state incentives. The project is expected to create up to 500 new jobs.
