"Fastindustry" Industrial Park, Fastiv, Kyiv region

The "Fastindustry" Industrial Park is one of the first registered parks in the Kyiv region; it has been listed in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine as No. 17 since January 13, 2017. The initiative for its creation came from the Fastiv City Council, and the management company is START-INDUSTRY LLC. It has a general-purpose specialization. The land is under municipal ownership.

Site and Development Parameters

The total area of ​​the park is 15 hectares; of this, 11.45 hectares have already been developed, leaving 3.55 hectares available. A total of 5,199.4 m² of facilities have been constructed on the site. Currently, the park hosts two participants, the key resident being Univest LLC (Univest Group), which specializes in marketing, printing, packaging, logistics, and advertising.

Utilities

Electricity supply to the park is already connected. As of the last data collection (early 2025), water supply, sewage, and gas supply systems have not yet been installed; however, work is underway on a project to increase the park's electrical capacity.

Logistics

The distance to the Odesa seaport/river port is 435 km (river port: 77 km), and the distance to Boryspil Airport is 62 km.

Cooperation Format and Incentives

Land is provided on a lease basis; a "build-to-suit" (development-on-demand) model is available, allowing the participant to construct production facilities using their own funds on the leased plot. A local incentive is the preferential land lease rate, set at 1% of the normative monetary valuation. The cost of the utility infrastructure already in place amounts to UAH 474 million.

Development and Tenants

Despite wartime challenges, the park continues to develop: the company Univest has erected a new production facility, and preferential customs procedures for importing production equipment have been applied for park participants. Permits have also been obtained for the construction of a new FPK enterprise. Furthermore, the park focuses on attracting new manufacturing operations that adhere to circular economy principles; it is one of the few active industrial parks in the Fastiv district.
