The "PATON" Park is located within the territory of the Hlevakha Settlement Council in the Fastiv District—approximately 43 km from Kyiv, adjacent to the E95 international highway. The 17.0597-hectare site was included in the Register of Industrial Parks by Order No. 2750 of the Ministry of Economy in late December 2020 and was established for a 30-year term. Since January 19, 2022, the management company has been "Hlevakha Industrial Park" LLC.
Park Origin and Initiator
The park was initiated by the Experimental Plant of Welding Equipment of the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute—an enterprise established in 1959 at the initiative of Borys Paton as part of the Electric Welding Institute, and a leader in the Ukrainian market for welding equipment and materials.
Specialization
The park’s functional purpose is the industrial manufacture of modern, high-quality welding equipment and materials, the production of packaging for various applications for Ukrainian and foreign enterprises, and the provision of comprehensive warehousing and logistics services.
Regional Impact
Plans for the park include the creation of up to 2,000 new jobs.
