"Staleva Kyivshchyna" Industrial Park, Bila Tserkva Urban Territorial Community, Kyiv Region

On March 12, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers included "Staleva Kyivshchyna" in the Register of Industrial Parks. It is located in the Bila Tserkva community on a privately owned site covering nearly 12 hectares. The development concept spans an unusually long period—49 years (compared to the typical 30 years for industrial parks). The project was initiated by Grandsteel LLC.

Specialization

Production of metal structures for construction, metal processing, and the application of protective coatings; the park is thus focused on developing a metalworking cluster.

Investments and regional impact

The project aims to attract approximately UAH 3.5 billion in investment and create an estimated 400 new jobs in the manufacturing sector. A stated goal is to facilitate the shift from exporting raw materials to domestic metal processing. Funding is planned from several sources: the initiator's own funds, state incentives, and investments from future tenants and other entities.
