"TR FORGE" Industrial Park, Rzhyshchiv, Kyiv region

The "TR FORGE" park is one of the newest in the Kyiv region: the Cabinet of Ministers added it to the Register of Industrial Parks on December 3, 2025 (CMU Order No. 1365), making it the 113th facility in the national registry. It is located in the city of Rzhyshchiv, Obukhiv district, on the banks of the Dnipro River. Established for a 30-year term, it has a general-purpose specialization. The park's initiator is Eco Green Energy LLC, and the management company is ARAAG LLC, which is responsible for development, infrastructure, resident relations, and investment attraction. The land is privately owned.

Site Parameters

Total area: 10 hectares. The park already has one other participating entity. Cooperation format: land lease.

Utilities

• Electricity supply: 0.05 MW (design capacity matches current capacity).
• Water supply: 500 m³/h,
• Gas supply: 1,000 m³/h (both capacities are already provided at design levels).

Logistics

Road access: directly to the park boundary; railway access: 25 km; river port: 3 km (no seaport nearby, as Rzhyshchiv is situated on the Dnipro River). 

Specialization and Anchor Tenant

The park is set to host manufacturing facilities in sectors such as construction materials, structural metal components, and other construction-related products, as well as research and technical activities. An autoclave aerated concrete plant utilizing German MAZA-HENKE equipment has been designated as the anchor tenant; this facility is expected to generate approximately 120 jobs.

Investment and Regional Impact

The total cost of the project is estimated at UAH 567.9 million, and the park as a whole is expected to create around 500 new jobs in the manufacturing sector. Funding for development will be sourced from the initiator’s own funds, the management company’s capital, state incentives, private financing, investments from park participants, and funds generated through tax benefits.
