Location
The "Universal Industry" eco-industrial park is located in the urban-type settlement of Rokytne, 96 km from Kyiv, within an established industrial zone; the site is flanked on two sides by operating enterprises. The 13.39-hectare site is already partially developed and is being expanded in accordance with environmental standards recommended by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). It constitutes a ready-made complex of industrial and commercial facilities capable of accommodating new tenants without the need for lengthy greenfield construction.

Labor resources
Over 10,000 people reside in Rokytne, with an additional population of more than 50,000 within a 20-minute commute of the park.
Development concept
Approximately 29,000 m² of industrial, warehouse, and commercial facilities have already been constructed on the site; some are ready for immediate production launch, while other areas are available for new construction. An existing administrative building meets office and commercial space requirements. The owner is prepared to renovate or refurbish premises according to the specific technical requirements of a tenant.
